The Lynette Woodard Skill & Player Development Basketball Program (PSDBP) is designed to help the dedicated athlete to move her performance to a higher performance zone. PSDBP is a non non-sense skill intensive basketball learning experience. The curriculum was developed to focus on advanced basketball concepts. The PSDBP consists of 8 levels of progressive skill challenges which include footwork, conditioning, fundamentals, basketball IQ, skill development, strategy, commitment and mental toughness.

The LWPSDBP’s goal is to help each athlete reach and maintain a level of achievement in a higher performance zone by improving her fundamental, mental, and physical skills while, supporting a positive image of character and good work ethics.

 Philosophy

 The philosophy of PSDBP is to develop and teach athletes how to reach their optimumim performance zone. PSDBP will teach the essentials and the advanced concepts that drive the competitive spirit.

Players that enter the PSDBP will gain the benefit of professional instruction from a highly experienced staff, lead by Basketball Hall of Famer Lynette Woodard. The PSDBP staff has developed a proven training & development program that assures athletes a higher performance zone. Discipline, motivation, and personal goal setting is a vital part of individual and team success; the PSDBP will provide each athlete with the tools necessary to be successful.
